Meet the crew.
Because we want to go far, WeeGo together.
Anslem spent more than fifteen years leading operations, finance, and strategy for mission-driven organizations: Chief of Staff at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, Head of Strategy and Operations at AdvanceEDU, VP of Operations and Program Impact at the Greater Southwest Development Corporation, and National Director of Programs at Café Momentum. Most recently he was Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at One Hope United, where he built the organization’s first AI governance policy across an 800-person, multi-state operation.
He founded Mind for Mission, a human-centered AI consultancy, and points the same conviction at travel with WeeGo Trips. Named one of Chicago’s Top 25 Black Game-Changers in 2023, he holds an MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, where he serves on the University’s Alumni Council and volunteers with its Regional Engagement Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Cultivate Collective.
LinkedInAdam is one of Chicago’s most respected technology leaders. Across a 30-year Microsoft career he directed the Microsoft Technology Center Chicago, led the company’s civic technology work alongside the city’s civic leaders, and rose to direct Global Workforce Ecosystems for Microsoft Philanthropies, building partnerships that opened the digital economy to people at risk of being left out of it.
Today he is the founder and Chief Data Advisor of For Good Advisory, where nonprofits and funders put data to work for their missions, an adjunct professor of computer science at DePaul, where he also earned his Master of Data Science, and the publisher of Chi Tech For Good.
Adam is poised to bring decades of technical experience, deep connections, and a passion for building together.
LinkedInHaley is a behavioral scientist who works where neuroscience, behavioral science, and strategic innovation meet. Through her consultancy HCForest, she has spent the past decade helping startups, global brands, and design labs turn research on how people think and decide into strategy: designing the U.S. growth plan that took Italian liqueur ITALICUS from 7 states to 48, partnering with Slalom’s GenAI team to turn complex adaptability data into client insights, and guiding behavioral strategy for product adoption at Globe Telecom.
She holds a doctorate in Leadership Psychology from William James College, where her research explored how attention and focus spark innovative ideas, and an MBA from Hult International Business School. She keynotes major creativity conferences, including CPSI and the Florida Creativity Conference, and coaches executives across the U.S. and Europe on decision-making and creative confidence.
Haley brings the science of how groups think, decide, and commit, pointed straight at the moment a group says “let’s go.”
LinkedInAdam is a commercial operations and AI transformation leader who takes strategy through execution, building the plan and operating the business. He started in corporate strategy at Aon, advised senior leaders at Google while securing large-scale online video agreements with some of the world’s foremost advertisers, then joined Snap, where he built and ran the sales strategy and operations teams through the IPO and architected some of the company’s largest revenue deals.
From there he’s owned the P&L at an e-commerce startup, built a sales operations function from scratch for a leading insurtech, and most recently directed an expansive AI- and automation-driven productivity program as a senior leader at a global consumer data and SaaS enterprise. Recognized as a top 100 revenue operations leader globally, he now advises C-suite leaders at startups, private equity-backed enterprises, and global corporations on navigating the fast-changing digital and AI ecosystem.
Adam brings over fifteen years of revenue discipline from Google, Snap, and the P&L owner’s seat, exactly what it takes to build WeeGo’s commercial engine.
LinkedInNiko has spent over a decade building and scaling multi-market recruitment organizations across AI, healthcare, and creative sectors. Over seven years at Robert Half Technology he ranked as a top 10 individual biller among more than 1,000 technology staffing professionals, then built out staffing and consulting practices across Nashville, Austin, and Denver as Regional Associate Director at Orbis Group before founding Masāo, a Denver-based AI recruitment agency.
Today he’s Director of Staffing at ControlHire, a specialist recruitment firm focused on AI, machine learning, data science, and healthcare talent, where he leads business development and client strategy for high-growth AI-native startups nationally. He’s served on the board of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners as VP of Programs for the Nashville chapter, and his passion for mentoring and developing people runs deep, going back to four years as a youth worship leader at Calvary Chapel in Chattanooga.
Niko brings the people side of scale: recruiting instincts sharpened over a decade, a deep bench of AI talent and founders, and a builder’s eye for teams and culture.
